Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Nola Health LLP (hereinafter the "Operator") and medical organizations, as well as their employees (hereinafter the "User"), who obtain access to the doctor.nola medical information system.

By using the system, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full. The system is intended solely for professional medical use within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Operator undertakes to:

• Ensure system availability of no less than 99% of the time per month (SLA).
• Store medical data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data.
• Notify Users of changes to the system or these Terms at least 14 days in advance.

The User undertakes to:

• Not disclose account credentials to third parties and maintain their confidentiality.
• Use the system only for lawful medical purposes.
• Immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized access to the account.

Access to the system is provided on the basis of the selected pricing plan in accordance with the current price list published on the website doctor.nola. Payment is made monthly or annually in tenge (KZT) on the basis of the issued invoice.

The Operator is entitled to change its prices with 30 days' prior notice to the User. Refunds for an unused period are made in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on consumer protection.

The Operator shall not be liable for:

• Medical decisions made on the basis of data from the system — clinical responsibility remains with the physician.
• Failures caused by force majeure circumstances or the actions of third parties.
• Loss of data resulting from the User's own unlawful actions.

The Operator's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the User over the last three billing months.

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes are subject to consideration in the courts at the Operator's location — the city of Almaty.

The Operator is entitled to unilaterally make changes to these Terms. The current version is always available at doctor.nola/terms. Continued use of the system after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance thereof.
